    Terms and Conditions for Athlete Programs

    By subscribing to any program offered through FIT.iQ, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not enroll in or use the Program.

    1. Eligibility

    Participants must be at least 18 years old or have written consent from a parent or legal guardian. You affirm that you are physically capable of participating in athletic training and will consult a medical professional if unsure.

    2. Assumption of Risk

    You understand and agree that athletic training involves physical exertion and may carry a risk of injury. You voluntarily assume full responsibility for all risks associated with participation.

    3. Medical Disclaimer

    This Program is not a substitute for professional medical advice or treatment. Consult your physician before starting. If you experience any symptoms such as dizziness, pain, or shortness of breath, stop immediately and seek medical attention.

    4. Code of Conduct

    All participants must act respectfully and responsibly. Unsafe or disruptive behavior may result in removal from the Program without refund.

    5. Payment and Refunds

    All fees must be paid in full before starting. Refunds are available only if requested at least 7 days before the start date. No refunds after the Program has begun, except for verified medical reasons.

    6. Liability Waiver

    By joining, you release FIT.iQ and affiliates from liability for injuries or damages resulting from your participation.

    7. Intellectual Property

    All Program materials are property of FIT.iQ and may not be copied or redistributed without permission.

    8. Use of Likeness

    We may use photos or videos of participants for promotional purposes. If you wish to opt out, notify us in writing before the Program starts.

    9. Privacy

    Your personal data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy and will not be shared without your consent unless required by law.

    10. Program Changes

    We reserve the right to update or modify the Program content, schedule, or staff. Notice will be provided for significant changes.
